「I am a local who decided to have a staycation in the city. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Very clean, modern with a very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. There was one hiccup with my bill that was quickly taken care of.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming - ESPECIALLY ALEX C (front desk) - and we appreciated the readiness of everyone we met to offer assistance. The complimentary glass of wine in the lobby was a nice touch! Maintenance (sorry, I didn't get his name) was prompt and attended to our late-night TV problems (the TV would not stay off; he reprogrammed it). 「The room was very nice and perfectly modernized while keeping the original aesthetics of the building. I would have given 5 stars however I had a towel that had what appeared to be blood on it put in with the clean towels and one of the front desk employees was very rude when I brought it to his attention. The hotel itself is beautiful and I would still stay there again. 」
