「Good breakfast」

「Perfect for access to St Mary’s Hospital.」

「Reasonable」

「The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.」

「Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. 」

「Staff is friendly. Room size is reasonably good, especially mine was really big size. Breakfast options are good, meeting my needs. Target store is at walking distance in case you forget something to pack. Overall very good at this price. I will probably stay here if visit Rochester again.」

「Property was well maintained. The shower had poor pressure and the shower head appeared to be defective inthat only part of it dispersed a small amount of water.」

「This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.」

「2 nights at this motel, 2 different rooms. The first one was great. The 2nd one was room 245 and has some issues. Water damage on the ceiling near the window. Some of the outlets are worn so they don't stay plugged in especially the ones in the nightstand lamp where you need to plug in your phone. The shower head is very wobbly and should be secured.」

「Ok」

「Very good!」

「this hotel was very accessible to Mayo Clinic and the staff was very nice and helpful even when we had to stay another night after we checked out. Very reasonable and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was OK :)」
