「You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to Mayo Clinic - just a quick elevator ride down to the subway level so that you never have to go outside in the cold. The attached city parking ramp is also quite convenient. And the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when we checked in. We enjoyed our room with a beautiful view of the decorated streets for Christmas other than a slow drain in the shower. 」

「Room was clean. Loved how the cleaning staff made animals out of the towels - very neat touch. Gal who checked us in was friendly and told us everything we needed to know such as shuttle times, breakfast times, etc.」

「My dog and husband were safe in the room, they had breakfast, they went out for a walk, and slept. We came late but the front desk person was very helpful. There was no confusion with reservation or anything. I will be coming back in three months. 」
