Before you book this hotel, I would confirm the construction has been completed. The construction makes it very noisy And the construction is very difficult to get around

This is our second stay here and we will be back! Chose this hotel because of the short walk to Mayo Clinic. Love the large, clean rooms with the kitchen and the free breakfast. Plenty of lounge space to relax! The secure parking is convenient but tight, I wouldn’t have wanted a large truck in the garage. Overall a great place!
