「solid choice. i would make sure what the schedule is for cleaning the room during your stay, it wasn’t an issue but they did miss us for trash/fresh towels (2 night stay so not an issue)」

「We appreciated the shuttle service to Mayo Clinic. Located in a growing business area on the Southwest Side, there is dining walkable to the hotel.」

「This place is disgusting, seems to be a month to month living facility more than a Hotel. Honestly will never, suggest this place to anyone with a family. I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor. If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you」

「It is a great hotel. The facilities are new-looking, and the EV charging is free. plentiful and handy, and the breakfast has many options -- including for vegans. We did have a closet door falling off, and there were no signs explaining how to lower the blinds (it was an unlabled walls switch far from the blinds). I would suggest signage on that.」

「Never replaced towels daily. Doesn’t offer toothbrush or toothpaste.Rooms are dingy and old. Breakfast is ok. Pool facilities are ok. Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Don’t book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later」

「The staff were nice, it was a spacious room, close to the civic center and hospital, but a bit dated, and the breakfast was mid. The Friday menu, with the waffle makers out, was great, but the weekend menu switched to French Toast Strips, which were not as good. Parking was tight, but having onsite underground and being able to bill it to the room was great. The Grand Kahler has much more expensive parking, a big perk!」

「Very old bathrooms, okay bed, old TVs, ac not adequate. I hope someone buys the hotel and updates it because the Kahler used to be a gem. Staff were helpful and not the issue.」
