「Very nice hotel room」

「Room was dirty fridge still had old food in it. Stains on the bed」

「It was a good price for the night right along the highway. Nothing fancy just needed a quick rest. It was cool though because I forgot clothing items and when I went back they still had them. I appreciated that」

「A great experience, The wonderful service. The staff are warm and friendly. Room clean and sanitary. The equipment is basically enough. There is also a fitness center for use. The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from WAL-MART supermarket. It is also convenient and will be selected again.」

「The room/bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable including the pillows. A/C worked fine too. However, the tv was not set up and wouldn’t work. We messed around with it approx 1/2 hr and finally got someone to come get it working. We had already showered and were in pjs, not cool having a stranger come into our room but he was professional and got it working. Breakfast was typical; well stocked and kept clean. Weird though that the coat rack was removed from the room so you can’t even...

「Electrical outlets totally inadequate and too few for ordinary needs. Table and counter surfaces not thoroughly cleaned. Hair dryer did not work. Tissue box in bathroom nearly empty. Handrail in stairwell had a supporting bracket torn loose from wall. No grab bar in the shower. Inadequate number of choices offered for breakfast.」

「A few years ago, our family stayed here and it was great. When we stayed here recently, the hotel seems to be in disrepair. The elevator is falling apart. The rooms were as clean as they could be but there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom tub wouldn't drain while you showered. I asked for a crib/pack n play for our infant and they never brought it to our room and we argued with the front desk staff that they ever even had one to lend us. We had to buy our own to use unfortunately....

「We had a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bottles in the shower to use. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety hot food (eggs, meat,oatmeal, and waffles). Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cartons of milk. Sweet rolls, muffins, scones. If you left hungry it was your own fault. We will stay here again when we come to visit family.」
