I reserved an accessible room. When I checked in I was told the room I reserved was not available. There were 6 cars in the parking lot. I was given a hearing accessible room which defeated the purpose of having a mobility room. No grab bars anywhere in the room. I may not look disabled but there is a readon I reserve one.
