「Excellent staff very polite and good service」

「The property was easy to locate and was convenient. At first encounter it met with our needs. The staff was friendly and informative.」

「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...

The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from WAL-MART supermarket. It is also convenient and will be selected again.」

「Room was dirty. Mold in bathroom and the in room whirlpool was too gross to get in. The breakfast was fine. The hotel staff was very helpful in fixing maintenance issues, such as a broken light and the low batteries on the fire alarm that kept beeping. No shades on window so had to deal with loud partying and car lights all night. Overall, would not stay here again but ok for the price.」
