「The only thing we couldn't understand is that there was one person at the desk during check-in. If check-in time is at 3:00 then put two at the front desk to assist with answering the phone... checking people in... answering questions from people already checked in. I expected better from Holiday Inn. 」
「Hotel is really nice and clean. And front desk staff is very helpful. I got a little leary feeling from a couple of people who were hanging outside by the back door. Not sure if they were staying there but I want to say I don't believe so. I'm not sure how many security cameras are on this property but I feel there should probably be more and also more lighting around the building parking lots and entrances. We stayed at this place 2x on different nights during our vacation trip」
