Enjoyed the free breakfast, wish it was open a little longer. Check out was difficult, line of 4-6 parties and nobody around. Waiting for 5-10 minutes before people just left their keys and walked away.

When I arrive the parking lot need to be fixed. I had to be moved to another room because the light wasn’t working. Then the next room the tv was working properly but it got exchange out. I call downstairs and the desk clerk hung up on me. I went downstairs to find out why and he told me it was crowded at the desk and he was putting me on hold instead it hung up. Not! He never told me to hold just hung up. Something bit me in my room on my leg. Then I had bug crawling in the bath tub(have pictures to prove it) and was crawling under the front door. First and last time here. Housekeeping woke me up on 2 days at 8:00 asking about cleaning room. Didn’t they know I was staying 3 days and if I wanted housekeeping I would have requested it. Total ridiculous (even on the day I was checking out). You woke me up for what when I was checking out in a few hours.

The breakfast was decent, coffee was great, however, the walls directly above the food need cleaned; dirty and dusty; floor not vacuumed well in my room (hard bits of food in the corner) mattress needs replaced, one side was sunk in, sheets worn, tub could be replaced, fridge needed defrosted, not working properly, Probably would not stay here again.

The entire hotel smelled like it was soaked in dog urine. Many items in the room were damaged. Bed and sink had small black hairs. We immediately left and had to find a clean hotel.

First room we were given the bed was broken, they gave us a new room and the toilet seat was broken, the phone did not work, very noisy in the hallway and next door, Wi-Fi didn’t work. When we asked the front desk about the Wi-Fi he said they didn’t know why the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the building. The phone and toilet seat could not get fixed until tomorrow morning when maintenance was back to work. Overall poor experience.

I called this morning to ask about scheduling a shuttle since ot would be after 9-9:30 when my flight gets in. The woman on the phone said yes just call. I received a tect later asking if I need anything. I replied I need a shuttle. I called from the airport. Twice. Not answer. Had to listen to a running ad which was ironic because it is after 10pm and I’m exhausted hungry and can’t even get someone on the phone. The feont desk guy seemed alone when I arrived and when I told him about the phone calls he didn’t wven respond. How would any of you like this experience. Of course I used Uber and would have been able to arrange that immediately if I’d been informed earlier that if I call during certain hours no one will answer the phone to help with a shuttle. I’m a tired 70 year old and I expected better service. Maybe pay your staff more so they care about customer experience

Great place to stay, but the wifi wasn't working for 3 days as they were having issues. We needed to go to the lobby to use the wifi. Our room was clean and the hotel was a convenient location for us.

Staff were great. Room was clean for the most part. Bathroom needs to be updated. Pool was nice but the actual room itself needs updated. Looks dark and creepy. Hot tub was out of service. Ice machine only worked on 2 out of 18 floors, no vending machines. Breakfast was fine, but the same every morning(waffles, eggs,sausage) maybe alternate with biscuits and gravy and bacon and the waffle maker. But overall stay was ok.

Spa was out of order pool area had towels and stuff all over the pool deck. Was not appealing. Did not use housekeeping. Picked up towels and supplies from the front desk. No variety at breakfast. Lots of people complained about lack of meat. Juice and milk had issues.

We really enjoyed our work/play stay at this hotel. The staff was the best thing about our stay—always kind and helpful. A communication error required the shuttle driver to return and pick us up to take us to the Mall, and he was so courteous and warmly conversational with us as he drove us through the terrible traffic to the Mall. Huge shout out to him! But all of the staff was fantastic. The decor was dated and the hotel is not brand new, but the staff, cleanliness, and peacefulness at the property overcomes all of that. We would stay here again.
