「Clean room always peaceful 3rd stay coming up tomorrow」

「Good」

「Since this hotel seems to be designed for potential long-term staying there wasn’t really a real comfortable place to sit. The couch is fine but it needs a nice comfortable chair like a recliner that You can lean back and have your feet up.」

「Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc.」

「Wouldn’t not recommend saying here other than the area around the hotel being nice. Hotel smelled like dog urine. After a shower I felt more dirty because the water almost felt slimy. Will not be back.」

「Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.」

「When we arrived, we were happy to see an nice clean hotel and staff that was there immediately to check us in. The check in process was incredibly fast and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. We had a big mini fridge and a functional microwave. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly, including the iron. The next day we were about to head out and the man at the front desk stopped us and asked if it was ok if they entered our room because they were switching services for...

「Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.」

「The staff was pretty much non-existent. I am sure they are short staffed but the young lady that checked me in was obviously bored and disinterested. Offered no direction on finding my room, where to park, what time breakfast was,have a good day, etc. This hotel was okay for the money but nothing special.」

「Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week.」

「Joseph was amazing! He switched the rooms quickly and without hassle when there was an issue. The beds were comfy and the food was pretty good at the buffet breakfast.」

「Filthiest hotel I have ever encountered. I have asthma and allergies and could barely breathe in the room (musty, dusty air). Baseboards caked with dust and grime, yellow stains on pillow cases, sticky stains on walls and bed. We checked in and checked right out as I could feel my breathing starting to be affected right away. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and manager was nice enough to refund my money for 2 nights (although it was not the whole amount). The whole place had a heavy...
