The room and the view were amazing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and asked us if we had any problems when we checked out. Parking was great.
Absolutely beautiful picture window with the floor to ceiling view of the lake! We stayed 3 nights and the king mattress allowed us the BEST night's sleep! Staff was wonderful as well!
An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!
Brand new hotel that was so cute and comfortable. Felt more like staying in a cozy apartment. Bed very comfortable. Nice big bathroom and shower. Only negative I would say is the drapery does not keep out the light in the early mornings. Property needs to invest in some better window treatments. Great Lake location with a cute restaurant!
No better place or people to be snowed in with!! The food is amazing, Hogan is a great server, bartender and found us a cribbage board to use, thanks to his Mom who also works there. Natalie made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to get back there this summer!
Wonderful hotel on Lake Minnetonka. Beautiful design, friendly staff. Ground floot bar/restaurant and sitting/firepit area are fantastic.
Best ADA/Accessible room and bathroom that we have ever found. They even have a ramp to the beach in front.
The rooms were amazing and being directly on the water is beautiful. There isn’t much of a beach and it was completely covered in seaweed the entire 4th of July weekend. The restaurant was also horribly run. They were completely ill prepared for the 4th of July weekend where we had to wait 45 mins for our breakfast once ordered. And they told us they didn’t have any of the ingredients to make any cocktails from their cocktail menu on a Friday night. All things you would think they would have prepped for ahead of the 4th of July weekend. That being said, the rooms were absolutely lovely and we hope to be back as long as they can work out some of the kinks.
It feels more like renting a room at a VRBO than a hotel. Very spacious. We loved the extra wide bathroom counter and the ledge in the shower to put our own bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles. The rug throughout the sleeping and sitting areas was both comfortable to walk on and sound absorbing.
One thing that we wish were different: the blackout curtains do not go to the ceiling or completely to the walls. Light from daybreak streams in above and around the curtains and reflects off the ceiling and walls illuminating the room. Not sure how this could be addressed. I awoke at sunrise both mornings as I did not bring a sleeping or eye mask with me.
Two other notes: The lowest temperature the mini refrigerator can be set to is 39º F or 4º C. Think of it as a drink cooler, not really a means of keeping groceries or takeout from spoiling. As others have noted, there is no microwave in the room.

Charming, expensive disappointment
Room size was smaller than expected. Cramped. Nice view of lake. Good toiletries and towels. The balcony outside did not provide any privacy from next room. Could see in. And if they were out on their deck we had to keep our curtains closed. Negates great view. Rendered it useless. Coffee maker didn’t work. No microwave in room.
Trouble with toilet flush handle. Lamp not working. Place this new everything should work. No grab bar in shower.
Absolute hostility to any suggestion of looking for an area to smoke. No ice machine, but ice bucket provided. I think you could go to the basement bar for some ice.
The doors must have been installed before the carpeting because they were so tight that I got stuck in the bathroom twice. Could not move the barn door from the inside.
Hate barn doors on bathrooms in general!! Very loud party on Friday night right below room. Luckily, we had a white noise machine with us and it really helped!!
Otherwise, the hotel was lovely. Great setting right on the lake.
Beautiful room and view! Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!

Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help keep this place off the map haha
Really great hotel, right on the water which is so nice.
Only a few things I would change-
- coffee machines in the room that work
- microwave in the room or at least one available for use
- ice machine available for guests without having to go to ask the receptionist
