When we came 5 hours earlier than check-in time, they were able to get us an upgraded room free of charge so that we could check in early! The staff was beyond helpful and courteous, I was very impressed. For the price that you pay, this was an awesome stay and I’d recommend it to anyone!

I always stay here when I come to the twin cities. The desk staff is always so friendly and remember me. I appreciate that. The one thing that I do not like is the floors of the bathtubs are very slippery. They do not feel safe.
