「We arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink. I’m a chill person, so just went to the desk and asked the desk attendant to come up and get them, no problem, moving in. But then…we get to bed time. A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. I went to the desk about this (maybe a partial refund?), but was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked in n a third party site (Expedia). 」

「Very nice property that was under construction while I was there, so getting around was a little difficult.」

「Room was clean, staff was friendly and packing was by permit so know vehicle was protected. Breakfast was in pool area good Breakfast. 」

「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...
