「Reasonable」

「This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.」

「This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!」

「Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!」

「Room was nice. However the air conditioning seemed not to cool off much. The toilet needed to be tightened up. I know things dont get fixed like they used to. We will stay here again. The last time was at a different hotel and that was really bad.」

「Not good 」

「The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.」

「Good breakfast」

「It was advertised as a new property, but was obviously refurbished. There were scuff marks and paint chips and sloppy finishing work. The other issue was the noise. The pounding, bumping and banging from the unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants.」

「Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. 」

「This was a nice hotel, room was spacious and the kitchenette was stocked nicely.」
