I stay here every time I go to the mayo clinic... Clean rooms, staff is always friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, parking is easy, close to shopping and food, directly across the street from the Mayo infusion center, and free shuttle to the main mayo clinic downtown.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what you’d expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended.

I have stayed here before and will again. The price is usually one of the best deals. Carpet floor was nnot vacuumed well enough. It was not visible to the eye but some crumbs could be felt on one side of bed.

Very clean room...very comfortable beds and I loved the bedding! The staff was kind and helpful! The breakfast was very good! I love that they had hot chocolate always available because that is my go to comfort drink after a long day at Mayo Clinic! The only problem that we encountered was that the heat was difficult to control!
