"Wife came up for a surgery at mayo when she was released from hospital she needed a handicap accessible bathroom which i didnt think about in my original booking the manager made phone calls to other people who booked them rooms and was able to get us in one! They went above and beyond!"

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a definite plus with different hot foods each day of our stay and multiple other breakfast choices including waffles, oatmeal with add-ins, fresh fruit, etc. Staff was very courteous and really liked that there was a private shuttle going to/from Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. "

"Great hotel. Great location, clean, quiet, near restsurants and shopping. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. A lots of room available and at affordable price. "

"Three adults in a room with two queen size beds with four pillows on each. The beds were nicely made and firm for sleeping, and man were they comfortable. We slept so good. The room was tidy, had a good amount of towels, had a closet and safe, a nice sitting counter with two chairs, and a cushioned window nook for reading or scrolling next to the window. The cushion was stained, probably from kids, but I didn't find it to be a big deal-I'm not at a Holiday Inn. The walls are thin but didn't cause a problem for us. The key card initially worked but not after that though we left our room only once. Their continental breakfast is superb! Make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, toast & bread, bagels, cream cheese, apple and orange juice. We will stay here again."

"Our stays with the Kahler Grand were tied to medical procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The staff understands Mayo is the reason the majority of guests are in Rochester. Everyone is kind, warm, and respectful. My husband and I want to acknowledge Salma who helped us extend our stay after our flight was cancelled last minute. She was both empathetic and professional. The hotel is above an easily accessed underground tunnel system of shops, restaurants, and connections to Mayo and other hospital building shuttle stops."
