"I realized at some point in the evening the over night oximetry machine I had from the Mayo Clinic was missing. Assuming I forgot it on the hotel shuttle I went to the front desk in a panic. The lack of concern from the desk attendant was quite disappointing. Knowing she could have made a quick call to the shuttle driver she kept insisting the best she could do was wait until he returned. I checked back twice and she was rude acted irritated I came back. She wasn't helpful at all."

"Was put in a room that is used for Expedia customers. Only 2 smaller windows, one foged up. Not a good mattress. 2 outside doors, on both side of our room. Slammed night and day. Rattled our room. Plan on better room next time."

"Pool is wonderful with play stuff for kids and a great hot tub. The breakfast area is the cleanest ever! There is no meat for breakfast but otherwise anything you'd need. Great job there! The property is attached to Famous Dave's BBQ and it is GREAT! The property is old but clean. If you had to, you could walk to St Mary's, about a mile."

"They have made many improvements to upgrade the hotel, and all the construction was completed. Had a good breakfast and very convenient for using the Groome Shuttle"

"Really the best place I've stayed in Rochester and being across the street from St Mary's was very helpful in getting in and out of the hospital. The staff and accommodations were perfect."
