「Hotel was very nice. We usually stay at the holiday inn suites when we are in Winona, but this was significantly cheaper for this night. Have never been. Staff was super friendly and informative. We ate at the attached bar for dinner- big pretzel, chicken strips and buffalo chicken wrap- all good! Great service there, too! My only complaint- there was kwik trip tacos left in our fridge. 「WE NEEDED TO CHECK IN EARLY BECAUSE OF A WEDDING REHERSAL AND HE CHARGED EXTRA TO DO SO. I WASN'T HAPPY BECAUSE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE BUT HAD TO. THE ROOM WAS FINE BUT THE BED WAS A LITTLE HARD WITH A METAL FRAME HOLDING THE BED UP. THE STAFF WERE GOOD TENDING OTHER NEEDS. WILL SPEND THE NIGHT AGAIN」
