"Our room was very nice, spacious, comfortable. I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work but the coffee downstairs was excellent. We had to leave before breakfast was ready so can’t comment any more on that. Staff was great. Being close to the hospital it’s not exactly a quiet area, but I expected worse so was pleasantly relieved. Free and ample parking was very nice! "

"The staff here were the most kind, caring, efficient and joyful staff that we've encountered. The hotel was immaculate, but a bit dated. Twigs Restaurant, in the hotel, had amazing food! We highly recommend it for any meal. Breakfast had a large variety of foods, drinks, etc. and was well maintained. We were only blocks away from the Mayo Clinic for appointments, tours, and could easily walk and enjoy all the architecture in the neighborhood! The shuttle service was quick, efficient and clean, and a nice, comfortable ride. There are plenty of stores & restaurants nearby."
