The owners/managers are really lovely people. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Our neighbors were nice and quiet too. The location is great and is very close to all the hiking trails, stores, and town. The breakfast they offer is very generous and there is even an outdoor seating area with great view of the area. I would totally recommend staying here. It's well priced and we enjoyed our stay.

You get what you paid for. I went in with no expectations and it was worth it for my family during our 2 night stay, I booked my reservation very early so the price wasn’t ridiculously high. We just needed a place to sleep so we didn’t need anything fancy. Right when you walk in there is an odd smell but you don’t smell it in the room, a lot of their towels had stains so we had to ask a few times and their pillows are very flat. The plus is that it’s a walking distance to the bluff for hiking! Staffs were friendly and plenty of parking spots.

King bed room was clean and bed was comfortable. The lobby was clean although the hallways smelled a bit of weed, but thankfully the room didn’t. The breakfast was as expected for the hotel chain, a bottle of water in the vending machine was only $1. Not a luxurious place but for the price in Winona it was good. I would recommend if you just need a clean decent room.

The management were friendly and helpful. Some of the breakfast equipment (coffee machine) was notable to be used. So they were using a percolating coffee pot and was not started early enough to get coffee for the early risers. Had to get coffee at Kwik Trip gas station across the street.

When I got into the room, the TV was broken. I talked to the manager and he replaced it with a brand new TV within about 30 minutes. The staff was very helpful. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the room was clean.

WE NEEDED TO CHECK IN EARLY BECAUSE OF A WEDDING REHERSAL AND HE CHARGED EXTRA TO DO SO. I WASN'T HAPPY BECAUSE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE BUT HAD TO. THE ROOM WAS FINE BUT THE BED WAS A LITTLE HARD WITH A METAL FRAME HOLDING THE BED UP. THE STAFF WERE GOOD TENDING OTHER NEEDS. WILL SPEND THE NIGHT AGAIN

The staff, location, and check-in process were all excellent and welcoming. However, my stay in a pet-friendly room (119) was marred by a heavy chemical odor from cleaning products that caused headaches and required leaving the window open all night. Additionally, the floors had an unpleasant oily residue, which made the room feel less than clean despite the great service elsewhere.
