「The location is perfect for our one night stay. It was clean and welcoming with a great breakfast. The front desk helped me a couple of times with extra towels etc.」

「Continental breakfast is a pop tart, instant oatmeal, banana, orange, pudding, mac and cheese packet, and coffee. Juice machine was broken. Locked out of the building because room key did not work at the door after hours. Manager was upset for waking him up to open the door. Customer service was poor. Had to prove I needed the receipt from THEM because I booked through Expedia even though I paid at check-in. The manager actually argued the point and then "found" the receipt. Never again.」

「This a pretty good hotel for the price. You get what you pay for. This is a fairly new hotel so it isn’t run down. Everything is small and condensed and cheap-but new and again, consider the price. The bed was quite comfortable, and they offer queens when some hotels only offer full. And a lot of people have their dogs and the rooms smell like dog-which many economy hotels do now. The breakfast has no hot food: Bagels, packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt machine.」

「Stay away from we were treated very poorly the room was disgusting with sand dog hair and grass on the floor when entering the room. The bathroom had bad smells and was not clean. The staff we reported to said we can clean it tomorrow and this was a lie. I lost money because we could not stay another night, they argue with the customers, the breakfast was horrible, they lie to the customers and do not do what they say. The check in was a nightmare even after pre-completing it online, took ...

「The parking garage didn't have enough spaces, and it was difficult maneuvering. Beds were terrible and the bathroom had little boy seats and no grab bars.」
