「We booked Ithaca last minute for one night pre-cruise stay on December 6th. The location is walking distance to south beach, shopping, CVS, nail salons plus it’s about 15 minutes drive to Port of Miami. The room was modern and comfortable however be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs. We appreciated the hotel’s responsiveness and accommodating our request for early check in and late check out. Overall this hotel was perfect for our needs. 」

「I'm forget my jacket at room and the housekeeping manager sent a person to help me, she across the street go for open the room for other person and then desapear for the swimming pool area and never attend my request, another nice woman help me, SHE DONT FOLLOW HER MANAGER INSTRUCTION.」
