"The room was clean but the shower drain was clogged. We spoke to the concierge 3 days in a row and no one ever came to do anything about it."

"Staff were very attentive. Check in was excellent thanks to Wy. Wonderful views of London from the rooms. Good transport links for visiting all the attractions and you are within an hours walking of just about everything a tourist needs to see. Whilst the buffet breakfast was very good if extremely expensive, the restaurants for evening meals were , in my opinion, very poor with a limited and unimaginative menus, no buffet options."
