Originally told us that didn’t have our booking despite emails and text confirmation. Room clean and comfortable. Standard breakfast. Nice atmosphere by pool. Gym tiny and in need of update.

We checked in on 18th Jan at 4pm, the receptionist was not very welcoming, only gave us 1 card key to the hotel, and when I asked for 2 she was not very polite, and she didn't offer us our complimentary drink either. When we checked in the room was lovely, but bth bridge was not working. I don't complain as the reception was not very friendly and didn't want to start my weekend in a negative way.
