This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was very clean, and the lobby was quiet and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive. Perfect for a two night sight-seeing trip in Central London. A 5 min walk to the underground can grant you convenient access to Big Ben, The London Eye or The Shard, all of which can be partially seen from the roof-top bar. A pleasant, comfortable and quiet room despite jets flying over regularly (could see them but no noise). Friendlly and helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again.

The room was great and had everything we needed! Upon check-in we were asked if we wanted to split the bill or pay as one , we asked to split it and I was then charged the full amount. When we asked to fix this I was double charged again! It’s taken 5 days for me to get my money back not good enough I then had barely any money while I was in London and this caused a lot of stress over £400 taken and no compensation for the the impact on my stay!
