南倫敦出租度假屋

「地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「The flat was in a great location. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Walkability was great. Space was exceptional」

「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. 」

「The worst experience」

「The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved. The apartment itself...

「Great location with great transport connections. Lots of space for a relaxed break. Would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of minor niggles, no bath plug, and it wasn’t clear what the process was for the rubbish at the end of the stay. Would absolutely stay again. 」
