「地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性」

「I went to the place, they was no one to help us check in and when I called the contact number, no answered leaving me stranded outside until 2:30am. It’s a terrible property and experience」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「This is probably one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it was absolutely spotless. It’s such a shame that the pictures on the website don’t represent what the hotel is actually like, because it has brilliant potential. Unfortunately, almost everything in my room was broken or falling apart. My bathroom door handle was coming off, so I couldn’t close the door. The headboard fell off the wall while I was watching Netflix with my daughter. I was told I’d been ‘upgraded’ because the...
