「My Jr Suite was perfect. Loved the soaking tub, the wet bar, and the huge windows that I could leave open at night. The staff was wonderful and always helpful! The wine reception every evening was the perfect touch! They even played great swing music for it. Can’t say enough good things about my stay! Great job! The only thing I’d say they could improve would be to let guests know about Bar Normandie, which is at the side of the building. Lovely dark little spot with a nice whiskey menu. 」

「Most people would tell you to stay away from Downtown LA as much as possible, which is kinda true if you want to stay away from most of the homeless people. I remember I had a night where a concert ended in LA LIVE and the area was packed with participants and homeless people. The next day you can see and smell vomit and piss basically everywhere near the hotel. The room is comfortable for a 3-star hotel but I am on the side that they can improve their hygienic level. You can see stains lying...
