The staff was awesome!! No complaints it just the hotel is so old rusty smelll bad like humidity in general is so dirty, I would never stay here again, the worst experience I had I wasn’t able to sleep due to the disgusting smell 😞

The property was great, I stayed here while on a solo trip and it felt safe. Front staff are super helpful in helping you navigate transportation or helping getting transportation for the airport. I will say that there are a few homeless people around but none are on the property so you will feel safe. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Decent place to stay it was close where my event took place. Parking was easy (park at your own risk) The room was clean , the beds and pillows were hard. The area is okay. Not much to do in this area but didn’t mind that; since I was there for only one event. A lot of food places though.

I don’t understand the good reviews?? Like I am genuinely confused!! While the customer service was fine, nobody else thought the beds were extremely uncomfortable? What about the noisy ac units? Dirt all over the walls? Stains on the sheets? Did nobody see roaches, because my husband and daughter saw one run across the room? Convenient location yes, but these rooms are disgusting and dirty. I appreciate the front desk clerk being nice, but I would never stay here again. We ended up checking out and getting a hotel in Pasadena.
