"Was a great stay. Hospitality and service were amazing. The blinds in our bathroom were old and damaged (many missing and broken) but otherwise we had a great stay. THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL!"

"One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Delphi Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The housekeeping did an excellent job—everything from the bed linens to the bathroom was spotless and fresh. The room also felt modern and cozy, which made it very relaxing after a long day exploring Los Angeles. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect in downtown with many restaurants and attractions nearby. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and detail in the room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA."

"I was there for a quick work trip. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The pool area was clean. The water was a little bit chilly, but it was February after all. I enjoyed the little bit of sunshine. I could get in my escape from the New England winter. The bar area downstairs was nice. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are not used to city noises, maybe bring a pair of earplugs if you are also a light sleeper. I was on the 9th floor, but could still hear some cars from the streets. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a walkable area. I felt safe walking around. "

"The price of the room per night was more affordable than I expected for an high-end hotel. Optimal location for easy walking access to major cultural locations in the downtown area. Love that there was a restaurant and cafe onsite. And the staff were some of the kindness and most helpful I’ve experienced at a hotel. Would definitely consider booking here again for a future trip. "
