"Perfect location for a week-long getaway. Loved the room, loved the private beach, loved the view. The main pool and hot tubs could use tending. One hot tub was cold but had bubbles; the other was hot but no bubbles. All needed cleaning. Water pressure was not great in the room; bathroom sink drained slowly from first day there; by end of week it wouldn't drain. "Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch."
