"If they had some kind of A/C I'd probably give a better review. Also some holes in walls and curtains was weird and the bathroom window wouldn't stay open to get a good breeze in after someone used it. Their breakfast was also just decent coffee and little pastries but not like other places that go a little extra and offer at least cereal and fruit or something. I've stayed at the Motel 6 close to this place before and it was pretty much the same thing except better breakfast and less money. "

"This is such an amazing property in Santa Barbara right across from the beach. The property itself is so easy to walk to and from as you are exploring. They have two restaurants onsite that are amazing! One is a bar with Mexican food and the other Mediterranean food the staff is all top notch from the cleaners, to the front desk, to the bartenders. The only minor thing I would say is that I wish they had umbrellas for the beach. We were there on especially warm days and fly light and no one wants to pack umbrellas. Make sure to get a room that has a balcony facing the ocean. The pink skies are beautiful!!"

"The Villa Rosa Inn is a very European feeling inn. Would feel like it belongs on the French or Italian Riviera! A perfect Vibe for Santa barbara! You can say Charming warm- French country even shabby chic for descriptive terms I will definitely return it makes it truly a memorable stay in Santa Barbara my only criticism and this is my third stay is the front desk seems somewhat unorganized and they're often missing. Another caveat is this hotel as an additional fee on top of the hotels.com reservation price but the very clear and open about it. Yes I will come back and stay again! Soon!"
