Natalie was extremely nice and helpful even though she was understaffed. Our room accommodations were perfect for a night away. This property is smack in the middle.of the Funk zone. Will definitely return!

It was very noisy. We couldn’t sit on the patio because there was a big dog barking in the room next to us where the guests were gone there was no soap I had to call and have them bring some to the room.

Great Location!!!

We loved staying at this Hotel! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Lobby a great place to hang and have a cup of coffee visiting with other guests. Room was perfect and bed so very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Welcoming hotel

Reception team were welcoming and friendly. Reception area was clean and relaxing. Valet parking was helpful Our room walks seemed thin and easy to hear ' neighbours' talking and we were unlucky that they decided to use the outside space to loudly and only moved when I asked at 0015 to be quiet! Great location for seafront and harbour and the shops!!
