「The facility was nice, and well kept. The phone (concierge staff) was promptly responsive and knowledgeable. They assisted us navigate the smart TV (which was uber complex). They helped get us housekeeping, one day (which isn't a daily thing there) but when we needed it, fresh towels and bed sheets, they promptly respond; the Zen staff was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this place for all who would be in the neighborhood.」
