"Stayed at this property for the Fourth of July. It was incredibly convenient. Right by the beach within walking distance of the fireworks display and everything else. Property was pretty quiet. I stayed on the third floor. The king bed was really nice and everything was very clean. I would totally stay here again."

"A decent place to stay for the price. The property is clean and has both a microwave and fridge in the rooms. Rooms are decently spacious with a table as well as a desk and an easy chair. The bed was pretty comfortable as well. My only complaint is that parking fills up every night and I had to park in overflow parking a couple of times. They instruct you to park at US Bank a short walk away, and tell you to move your car by about 9 am. I didn’t love having to do this."

"Convenient location for our stay, basic but honest We stayed here for a wedding weekend at the nearby Hilton, and the location was perfect for that purpose. Walkable proximity to the hotel made everything easy, and the beach access is a genuine bonus. Free parking was a nice as well. That said, there are a few things worth knowing. The walk to downtown Santa Barbara runs closer to 45 minutes, so you’re pretty isolated if you’re looking for city energy. The showers are dated and could use an upgrade, and rooms aren’t cleaned daily unless you request housekeeping. There’s also a noticeable smell in the room that hits when you first arrive. For a budget stay tied to a specific venue, it works fine. Just go in with clear expectations."

"We loved our stay at Casa Riviera and would definitely come again. The bed was so comfy we grabbed the name of the mattress and we’re considering replacing our old mattress with it. We enjoyed having a small kitchenette and appreciated the design details of the room. The front desk was helpful and acted quickly when we had a minor issue with the motorized blinds."
