「The location of this hotel is perfect, especially for the price. Great location, a block from the beach. This is an older hotel (set up like a Motel) but is pretty well updated. However it’s still clearly an older property. The bed needs an update and the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. However I would definitely stay here again. The staff were really nice and accommodating and you really can’t beat the location. 」

People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」

「It was the perfect place for my daughter and I while we were in town to visit UCSB. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful bike path and close to an ocean front restaurant. Cute little park for kids and restrooms at the beach. 」

「Great location, right opposite the beach. A nice pool and fun family games throughout the grounds. Our room was very comfortable, asked for quiet room and it was! The reasons I haven't given this 5 stars is because our room wasn’t ready for check in at 4.20pm. The restaurant menu was limited… so easy to walk in to downtown though. We wanted to play pickleball, the courts were empty but were told we couldn’t use them as booking was not available. Minor points really, I would recommend this hotel...

「What a gem, love the amenities and overall vibe of the place. Perfect location, walking distance to State St and the pier. Really enjoyed our stay! 」

「Lovely property. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to State Street, shops, restaurants, wharf, etc. Our room was well appointed, and beds were very comfortable. We also had washer/dryer and kitchen which made our stay convenient. And we loved the rooftop seating! Only slight complaint is that living room furniture was not very comfortable for our movie night (couch and chairs are small, don't have headrests and are not oriented toward TV). But we made it work. We enjoyed our stay!」
