I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

「A former? Motel 6? Right off the main hwy, close to many cafes, very clean, had a laundry room. It was great bang for your buck. I only stayed 1 night as part of a multi-day SoCal drive about but it more than met my needs.」
「The Inn at Summer Hill is a quaint little hotel with lots of charm in the city of Summerland. I stayed here while visiting my niece and I would definitely stay here again. The room was like a little cottage, and it had a patio that overlooked the ocean. The staff at the front desk was amazing and went out of their way to comp me breakfast and coffee. I felt very safe as well. The only negatives are the Road Noise and nearby train and there doesn't seem to be a daily cleaning service-if so,...

People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」
「Convenient for travel, just across the road to West Beach. The room is small but clean, free parking and pets are welcome. It is worth staying next time」
「This property was one of the best we’ve been to. It was a block to the beach, and they had free bikes to use. Santa Barbara has a long lovely bike path along the beach. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. We definitely hope to stay here again!」
