"We were only here a short time and everything was perfectly average. Breakfast was average. Two negatives. One- a/c in room had no FAN ON setting so clicked on and off all night. Hate that so much for sleeping. Also, oddly since the hotel seems newish, the room (127) had cracks in the flooring where you could get a nasty splinter if you weren't careful. "

"The hotel was old but our room had been recently refreshed. The beds, linens, towels and A/C were all very nice. The downfall was that the room and bathroom really needed to have ceiling fans or some type of ventilation; the rooms felt very humid especially after showering. The breakfast was good with a variety of items and the pastries offered each morning were freshly made and delicious. "

"The room was clean but when we arrived a customer was complaining about their neighbor playing loud music. I only stayed here one night and had no issues."

"Polished & Constructive The property has a lot of charm, and I’ve enjoyed staying here in the past—particularly in the suite—but this recent visit was disappointing. The bungalow rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. The bathroom, in particular, was difficult to use (the shower setup felt cramped and outdated), and the room had a noticeable musty smell. Another major issue is the noise—walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms unless you’re in a more secluded (and pricier) unit. Service was also underwhelming. The front desk staff came across as somewhat disengaged and not especially solution-oriented. For example, when the property’s ice machine broke, the response was more dismissive than helpful, and basic alternatives weren’t proactively offered. I really loved my stay back in 2021, but this time around, the experience didn’t justify the price. Without some meaningful updates and improvements, I’d be hesitant to return."
