Motel is located in a central part of State Street within walking distance of many restaurants. Room was clean and well-attended. However, Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent.

The location is perfect: on State street, yet quiet & peaceful. Across the street there is San Roque plaza which has all kinds of shops & restaurants. A food truck (Mexican food parked near the motel in the late afternoon & evening with what appeared to be great food. Within walking distance, there is a "Denny's" restaurant, open 24 hours a day with very good food. The rooms have obviously been updated with all new appointments. The beds were new as well as sheets, towels, & bathrooms. The ice machine worked great. Wonderful place to stay: I'd stay again.
