I was disappointed with my stay …I paid a 5 star rate for a 2 star experience. The was stuffy, no water or amenities other than at the front desk. Not a terrible hotel … just not worth the $$! charged.

Super cute hotel with such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly - from valet to the front desk, as well as everyone at the restaurant and bar. I especially loved that they offered a texting option for any requests, which made everything feel so convenient and seamless. The room was spacious with modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The walls were a bit thin, but thankfully it never got too noisy during our stay. Also - the vanilla latte is a must. So good! I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Everything was great! My bestfriend and Insoent a girls weekend and Kimpton made our stay amazing. Tommy at the front was always there to help, the gentlemen at the door always greeted us with a warm smile when we’d come in, and special thank you to the gentlemen who invited us to the rooftop party! The staff, location and room was great. The bed has a pillow top but was very uncomfortable. It was very fluffy in the middle and it felt like you were sleeping on a slight angle unless you were in the middle of the bed. For my husband and I it didn’t work. Also, the mattress under the pillow top was extremely firm. Unfortunately a very bad night trying to sleep.

The room was nice and clean. They need soft close toilets … makes for a lot of loud bangs when your used to the others. If you book through Expedia you don’t get IHG points evidently. Something you should be more upfront about or negotiate the points into your deal with them.
