「We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little inn. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was full of thoughtful touches—including a sound machine, which we set to ocean waves. It completely drowned out any highway noise, making for a peaceful night’s sleep. We’ll absolutely be back!」

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

「I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Everything was lovely, first class and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was enough to satisfy most people and delicious. The only suggestion and I would give is to upgrade your paper products, napkins, tissues, and toilet paper. They were not the same standard or quality that the rest of the hotel was. also it might benefit you to unplug the blow dryers to save energy. 」
