「This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. 」

「The hotel staff were great, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a good amount of items and well stocked. He room was clean and offered good facilities. We had hired a car so didn't explode too much by foot around the hotel but there was a few fruit stalls and shops around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends. 」

「We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful.」

「We really enjoyed that the had a great buffet breakfast included as well as having included a shuttle that takes you into the center, free of charge! The property is new 2021 and well maintained. I just wish there was more grocery near by. Otherwise it was a great stay!」

「The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples.
