「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「The only real fault was its location. The only reception was reached either by a walk of about 500 metres up very steep hills or up a few hundred steps. The funicular to harbour level was out of order for days on end. A very reasonable hotel but not really suitable for elderly people or those with mobility problems」
