"This location was really nice but regrettably the hosts ruin the home rental experience. There was no blanket in one of the rooms and rather than handling it that same night, they told me they understood my frustration but did not want to pay the extra it would cost them to have it delivered from San Juan. They had the audacity to ask me as the guest to go buy one and be reimbursed. I had to do so just to be able to sleep comfortably the second night. Speaking of the second night, we woke up to...

Top Roosevelt Roads Hotel Reviews

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

10/10 Excellent
"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We were blessed to receive a room upgrade and our rooms were oceanfront. The rooms themselves were very well appointed and the resort itself BREATHTAKING. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and everything was just wonderful. I will definitely be visiting again. It was just what we needed for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle - admittedly our trip was in October which is also a slower season for the resort and the location of the resort is tucked away from the city. I will say that a car is necessary unless you plan to eat all meals on the resort, however the restaurants are a bit on the pricier side."
