It was our first time visiting Vieques, and our first time staying in this hotel. The staff were great, and the atmosphere was amazing. We had traveled ALL DAY, all we wanted to do was get to the room, and unwind, when we got there our room was clean and ready, and we still had a couple of hours to enjoy the pool. The hotel is quiet, and gives a relaxing vibe. I would 100% stay here again.

The Old Crow is situated on top of a hill with a great view and a peaceful atmosphere. There is a car rental place next door and is well located between the ferry and Esperanza. No tv in the room but wifi if needed. Didn’t miss the technology at all. Friendly service from check in to complimentary continental breakfast. Would definitely return for a longer visit

Great place to stay! The facilities are lovely, with shady places to sit and enjoy the view of the sea in the distance. The pool is great, the bed was very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come here again.

La propiedad es agradable y cuenta con habitaciones equipadas con cocina y baño. Sin embargo, los baños necesitan una remodelación y mayor atención a los detalles de limpieza. El personal de recepción, particularmente las jóvenes que nos atendieron, mostró poca empatía; sus gestos y expresiones faciales no fueron apropiados para brindar una buena experiencia al cliente. El desayuno fue una gran decepción: la calidad fue deficiente y, al prepararse al aire libre, había una cantidad considerable de moscas, lo cual resulta poco higiénico.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are huge, modern and comfortable. I walked right out of my room into the secluded pool deck. The shower water pressure was great and got nice and hot if I wanted it to. They had a nice little breakfast of bagels and coffee cake in the morning. I also enjoyed the nespresso machine in the room.

The property location is excellent, really close to the capital, Isabel II, and just off a main road to access Esperanza and other areas of the island. The check in process was really smooth, the room was big and had everything you could possibly need. They also offered a light breakfast each morning. The bed was super comfy as well. We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. They provided beach towels and beach chairs which was a really nice addition. Free parking in front of the property too. My only 'negatives' are that the aircon never really got cold, it was pleasant enough to sleep if we turned the ceiling fan on but I had to sleep on top of the covers as to avoid getting overheated. My 13yr old son also missed having a tv in the room but he made do for 2 days without it. Also the free WiFi signal is very weak in the room so you need to go to the common areas if you want to use it.

La relación calidad-precio es pobre, la experiencia ni el producto (habitación) no vale lo que se paga por ella. El personal es grotesco, poco profesional y falta de empatía con los huéspedes que pagan por sus servicios. Espacios que representan un riesgo de seguridad para los huéspedes.
