「Food selection wasnt the greatest and there is no beach」

「No beach to walk or ocean to swim in. The staff tells you everything you want hear and then they don’t do anything thing they said they would do. Paid for “VIP” and definitely was not shown that. Also!! The Big one they told me on 2 different days that we did not pay. I had to argue with them for about an hour even with proof. 「Terrific stay. The staff is numerous and welcoming, ready to help you with anything you need. Just decline the timeshare presentation offer and not your stay. Excellent food, perfect facilities....we couldn't even hear the construction next door. Will stay here next year. 」

「I truly appreciated beautiful traditional unique houses where we lived, the nature, and the way the whole resort was maintained. The beautiful beach, comfortable sun-bathing beds, and white towels were great to have! Breakfast menu was great, however, I'd welcome more variety of juices beyond "jugo verde" and "jugo de naranja", like a variety of fruit and vegetable juices with no sugar, however, the selection of food was great. 「Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! 」
