「Maybe this is a sign of casinos in KC, but no restaurant was open past 9pm and the one that was ignored you if you sat at the bar. 」

「Guy checked me in the wrong room and then had me move or pay extra. Wouldn’t be a problem but it was 1am and I was exhausted. The hotel wasn’t even fully booked. 」

「Even though a non-smoking hotel, so many guests smoking outside, in front of the hotel meant you had to walk through a gauntlet of smoke and cigarette butts on the ground while trying to get in the hotel. That needs to be fixed. We drive an EV and the Tesla chargers were very convenient in the parking lot, for Tesla and non-Tesla (type 2 for non-Tesla). Breakfast was very disappointing. Continental breakfast with powdered eggs and unappetizing choices.」

「Check in was quick and had a nice conversation with front desk very friendly staff. Our room was clean, air conditioning and heat worked really well. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast had a lot of variety from fruits, hot breakfast items like biscuits and gravy with bacon, cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal lots of options. 」
