「I get this hotel for my family members that come down and love it. I stay there with them. The pool is so heated, and I love that. Always so clean..the staff treats me so kind. The rooms always smell so clean. I love this place =) I highly recommend!!」

「Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.」

「Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.」

「Great stay! Stayed 3 nights at Inn with a teen, mom and grandma. Friendly staff. Excellent indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, lazy river and hot tub. Breakfast was great and exceeded expectations - waffles, biscuits, sausage, scrambled eggs, gravy, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls. Bathroom towels were good, pool towels are small and thin. There is a snack bar at pool. Loved it all, no regrets!」

「The staff was excellent. The property outside was well maintained. The property inside was very clean, but definitely needed to painted. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a workout/fitness room. Other than that our stay was excellent!」
