「Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. 「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were nice and accommodating. I loved that we were greeted with complimentary cocktails during check in. Beautiful and spacious room but lacked a microwave and fridge to fit any leftovers. There was a very bad sewage smell coming from the shower, the phone in the room did not work and if you opened to the curtains to use natural lighting, the room would get super warm. If anyone stays here I think overall you’ll have a good experience but those few things...
