"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. Al llegar a la habitación, el microondas no funcionaba, lo que resultó muy inconveniente durante la estadía. Las camas eran extremadamente incómodas; se sentían los resortes (springs) a través del colchón, lo que dificultó descansar adecuadamente. Además, la habitación no contaba con una colcha o cobija adecuada para arroparse, lo que hizo la noche menos confortable. Las instalaciones en general lucen bastante antiguas y necesitan mantenimiento y renovación. Para completar, había un fuerte olor a humedad tanto en la habitación como en algunas áreas de la propiedad. Lamentablemente, la relación entre precio y calidad no cumplió con mis expectativas. Espero que la administración tome medidas para mejorar las condiciones de las habitaciones y las facilidades del hotel."
